Shipping and Taxes
Free shipping for order over $99 within the United States (tax still applicable). For all other orders, a flat $8 shipping fee + tax will apply.
International Orders
Fill out our Contact Form or email us at [email protected] with the subject International Order if your order ships outside of the United State and we will arrange shipping separately.
Merchandise Exchanges
To exchange an item please return the original item (see Return Policy below) and purchase the replacement through our Online Store. We do not process direct merchandise exchanges. For Non-Robot Merchandise Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase provided that the merchandise is in original, unused condition.
To return an item please fill out our Contact Form or email us at [email protected] with the subject Merchandise Return. In the message please include the item, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We will send a confirmation email with further information return arrangements. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days (shipping costs not included).
For Robot Returns
Robots may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (shipping cost non-refundable). All robot returns are charged a 25% restocking fee and any damaged/used robots will also incur a repair fee. Robot Technical Support and Warranty
AMDT provides 3 year’s warranty and life-time technical support for all models of the robots we sell (both AMDT brand and Y&T).
For the first year of warranty, defective robots may be sent to our service department in San Francisco; Shipping and repair costs fully covered. For the second and third years replacement parts are available at the discounted wholesale price and shipping fees will apply. After the warranty expires, replacement parts are offered regular retail price and shipping fees will apply.
